If you see any potential issues with powerlines or have a tree obstructing a power line, we ask that you reach out to your power provider immediately. It’s crucial that you not touch anything, trees may still be incredibly dangerous, even if they don’t appear so. 

Once you’ve concluded you’re not in any immediate danger, call us, and we will bring a certified cleanup team to quickly assess the damage and get to work. We often receive an onslaught of requests post-storm, so we ask that you remain patient. We have multiple teams on the ground, but will never risk our safety to get a job done at a quicker pace. That said, we do work effectively to ensure everyone is taken care of as soon as possible. 

While an issue may not seemingly pose an initial threat, we do ask that you call in anything you are unsure of. Small problems can often manifest into larger issues down the road, especially if they are left unattended. In most cases concerning cleanup, it’s almost always better to be safe than sorry. We fully understand how nerve-wracking a storm can be, especially in a monetary sense if you already have to drop payments on other repairs. We will always fairly quote you, and give you a cleanup at an affordable price. When it comes to emergencies, we want to make the process easier for you. Don’t fall victim to putting off any repairs. When it comes to storm cleanup, it’s better to be safe than sorry. Especially if your small inconvenience turns into a major issue down the road.
